Lily.... This years Birthday present!

This year Mikel decided to give me another puppy for my birthday. We picked her out together. We had been casually looking for awhile, and she just hit the spot. She is rambunctious and full of energy. But she sure is cute! I think lucky has really enjoyed having her around to play with. Even though they always wrestle and she steals his toys!! He definitely has an equal match! It's been fun to have a new addition in the family. Although with every great new joy, comes challenges and hard work! Have no fear he also bought me an adorable purse. Thanks for a great birthday!! I share my birthday with my sister. So the friday before our birthday Brittany, Mikel and I went to dinner and a movie while Heather and Isaac babysat her kids (yahoo sleepovers!) Then on my birthday me and mikel went to dinner and then went to britts later for Brownies and games! It has been a great February. It was also Mikel's birthday. So we invited his family over for a birthday dinner on Sunday. We have been blessed to be surrounded by great family. For Valentines day Mikel had to work, so he surprised me at work with a giant teddy bear and flowers. He is so sweet and thoughtful! He took me out on the Saturday before too. Talk about one spoiled month!! We definitely have had a great month!!

Happy Birthday Heather!!

Today is my oldest sister Heather's Birthday! She is the best! I just wanted to tell her how much i love her and how grateful i am to have her in my life. She has always looked out for me and wanted the best for me. No matter what she is there to help out. She is strong and brave and has always been a great example to me.

I was definitely blessed with a great family!! And am so glad they are with me everyday to fight the battles life brings me!

My Nephews both had a birthday this month. Xander is now ONE!! Yahoo and Gunnar is now THREE!!! I can't believe it!! They are both super cute and fun. I love having them so close so i get to see them all the time!!! I can't how old they are gettting!!

Ade's Birthday!!!!

My neice Ade is having a birthday!!! She is now going to be 5 years old and i can't beleive it!!! She will be going to Kindergarten this year!! She has grown up so fast. I love this little girl like she were my own! We went to Chuck E Cheese for her party today and it was a blast. Although she was so afraid of Chuch E..... Gunnar wanted to chase him down to keep saying hi to him, but it took a lot to get a picture with him. They had tons of fun. It is like Vegas for kids. I loved it! Then we went and ate ice cream and cupcakes and plated with her new stuff, princess yatzee, princess hop scotch, a microphone that mikel gave her that sings high school musical songs... We had a lot of fun i am glad i got to go!

Super weekend full of.... school? Yikes!

Ok so i am taking classes for my masters degree, and seriously what an awesome weekend of class! Yuck! I have class every other weekend Friday nights and all day Saturday. What an awesome way to spend my weekend. But the other weekends aren't too exciting either. I will just be glad when i have made it through and gotten to the end. My classes are fun and beneficial, dont get me wrong it's just lame that i have nothing better to do.

And my mom is back in the hospital with pneumonia. It is sad how sick she gets so often. And my dad is in Reno for his regional baseball meeting, so I am doing what i can to help out.

I am still living the up and down roller coaster of my relationship.... Not strong enough to jump either way. And i feel like life is just kind of standing still. I hope that i will find light again soon and make progress instead of standing at a stand still...

Other than that i am dreading my birthday this week. I will be 25 and only getting older! Maybe i will write again telling you all how old and lame i am hahaha. That would be exciting! I am not really doing much for my birthday. Maybe i will go visit my sister, seeing as it is her birthday too!!

Anyway another lame day to check off the calendar.

Xander is here!!!

Xander Robert was born December 16th at 8:22. He weighed 8lbs. 7oz. I am so excited for my sister and brother in law! He will be such a fun addition to their family! I can't wait to watch him grow up. I am so grateful for family. This will be such a fun holiday season!

Today is my nephew Gunnar's Birthday! He is two years old. I can't believe it! He is so cute and fun. I think i really like kids when they are this age. He is fun to play with, he can finally say my name, and he is like super duper cute~! So I just wanted to say Happy Birthday Gunnar!!!
